Privacy
We want to honor people and protect what is shared in trust. Contact details, proclamation support responses, and private notes stay private. Public commitments, stories, prayers, and church attribution appear only after review and only with the permission you gave when submitting.
What we collect
Depending on the form, we may receive your name, church, email, phone, city, county or hometown, role, selected campus, selected ways to pray, story, prayer, and optional notes.
How we use it
We use submissions to review campus commitments, maintain approved coverage, document support for the proclamation request, respond when clarification is needed, and consider stories or prayers for publication.
Proclamation support responses
This adult-only form records support with the Back to School Prayer team for the request that Florida recognize August 2026 as a statewide month of prayer over students. Names, hometowns, and roles are not published or automatically sent to the State of Florida. The team may share only an aggregate count of reviewed, valid responses without identifying individual respondents.
What may appear publicly
For campus commitments, the campus, city or county, and selected ways to pray may appear after review. A church name appears only when permission is given. Contact details, phone numbers, emails, and notes are never published.
Prayer and story consent
Prayers and stories are considered for publication only when the required permission is given. Attribution is a separate choice. Please do not submit identifying information about a minor or another person without permission.
Storage and service providers
Firebase and Netlify provide authentication, database, file storage, hosting, and website delivery services for this site. These providers process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments. We use reasonable technical and organizational care, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Optional site analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” our site counts general activity such as page visits, resource downloads, form starts and successful submissions, and which public actions people use. Netlify may provide an approximate city and region when it delivers the site.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, prayers, stories, form responses, search words, selected campuses, IP addresses, or a persistent visitor identifier for analytics. We do not use a third-party analytics service. Cities with fewer than five page views are not shown individually in our internal map.
Analytics stays off until you allow it. Your choice is saved in your browser so we can remember it. Use “Analytics choices” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Declining or later turning analytics off does not limit the site or remove information that was already collected.
Retention and deletion
We retain submissions only while they support review, coverage, coordination, publication, or documentation of the proclamation request. The team reviews proclamation support records after the request receives a final decision or is withdrawn. You may request correction, removal, or deletion by contacting the team and including your submission reference.
Review and removal
Your submission stays private unless it is approved for sharing. To report a published item or request removal, email us with the item and the reason for your request.
Who administers this site
The Back to School Prayer team administers this site and receives form responses. A request for a state proclamation does not mean the State of Florida operates this site or endorses its content. Proclamation support responses remain with the team; only an anonymous aggregate count may be communicated outside the team.
